End wall view showing bottom right English Victorian tiles (manufacturers are Minton Hollins, Craven Dunhill, Godwins, Maw & Co etc the earliest dating from the 1850’s). Two thick 18th or 19th century Islamic tiles, the pattern of one of them completed with beach stones. Beside the window is a modern West African bronze sculpture of a horse and rider. This is set into a niche lined with Victorian pottery fragments found on the beach.
